You send us your design file—DXF, DWG, AI, or even a sketch. We review it for fabrication readiness, checking for clean geometry, proper layering, and optimal cut paths. If adjustments are needed, we handle them. Once the file is dialed in, we program the waterjet system with your specifications: material type, thickness, tolerance requirements.
The cutting process is precise and repeatable. Whether you’re ordering one custom architectural element or fifty identical channel letters, each piece comes out the same. After cutting, edges are smooth and clean—ready for powder coating, painting, polishing, or direct installation. You’re not paying for secondary finishing to fix rough edges or heat damage. The process is efficient, and the results are consistent.
